Spawn Corp:
We Feed on
Your Gains
A parasitic corporation staffed entirely by fungus. Mint a spore, put it to work, and promote it by feeding it $SPAWN and its own colleagues. Distributions are paid in $CASHCAT out of trading fees on the pool — not by a transfer tax, and not on a schedule anyone is owed.
One specimen, six stages
The mushroom is not swapped out at each rank — it grows. The stem comes up first, then the cap opens downward over it. Every pixel from the previous stage is still there, and the bar at the bottom of the image fills one segment per level, so rank is readable in a thumbnail.
Bioreactor
Position: unpaid intern (pending)
Every spore comes out of the tank dormant. It holds no rank, does nothing, and costs almost nothing — the barrier isn't the mint, it's the $SPAWN you burn to wake it up.
The 20-per-wallet cap exists so the collection lands in hundreds of wallets instead of three bots.
Activation line
Pick a vial from the belt
Activation burns 500,000 $SPAWN and turns rank 0 into rank 1. The tokens are gone — bought off the market by you, destroyed by the contract. That burn is the only reason $SPAWN has a bid.

Promotion requires headcount reduction
$SPAWN to burn
The amount is fixed by the target rank — the slider snaps to it. Both the tokens and the sacrificed mushroom are destroyed.
What the promotion buys
Ranks pay 2.2× more each step while consuming 2× the spores, so climbing costs about the same per point either way. What it buys is scarcity: sixteen NFTs become one.
Burn ledger
Two things get destroyed here and neither comes back: $SPAWN sent to the burn address, and the NFTs fed to the Fusion Lab. Every promotion consumes one specimen of equal or higher rank, so the collection shrinks every time somebody climbs. This page is the running total.

What every rank costs
Distributions, when they happen, come from one place: the creator share of swap fees on the $SPAWN pool, collected in WETH and swapped to $CASHCAT. There is no transfer tax, so the token stays compatible with every router and the pool never has to sell $SPAWN. Each distribution is started by hand and split across active specimens by multiplier. Nothing is scheduled, nothing is owed, and there may be none at all.
| Rank | Spores consumed | $SPAWN burned | Multiplier |
|---|
Cumulative figures: reaching a rank consumes every spore and every token spent on the ranks below it. Multipliers set your share of a distribution relative to other holders — they are not a rate of return, and no distribution is guaranteed.
